1.The Marketer agrees to provide the following services to the client (social media management- email outreach and local listing accounts set up)
Social Media
- General Social Media Strategy
- Social Media Account creation, management.
- Development and execution of a social content strategy
- Management posting in Pages
- General compilation and coordination of client news, events, community involvement postings within Social Media umbrella sites.
Email Outreach
- Subdomain creation and authentication
- Email warm up
- Custom list building
- Email campaign sending and monitoring
Local Listing
- Yelp and google local accounts set up and monitoring
2. Reports; The Marketer agrees to provide a monthly report of previous month.
3. The client agrees to provide the marketer with photos, videos, text and other relevant information to the Wise Business Plans Marketing.
4. The client agrees to provide the marketer with full login access for all its social media platforms and local listing pages.
5. The client agrees to issue payment for nonrefundable 3 months subscription due immediately upon you instructing us to proceed with the service.
At the end of your current subscription period, the plan will automatically renew for subscription period equal to the prior subscription period unless you provide Wise Business Plans Marketing with email notice send to (info@wisebusinesspalnsmarketing.com) at least 15 days prior expiration of your current plan.
Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Professionalism
We value our customers and will work hard to earn your trust. We also treat our clients with respect and professionalism. However, we also value our employees who deserve the same respect and professionalism. All client communication is documented and we reserve the right to move a client to a different service representative or terminate the agreement at any time with uncooperative or abusive clients. In the event of this occurrence, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement and return 50% of the order total for incomplete work.

Customer Satisfaction
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. In the event of any disagreement, the concerns should be elevated to a customer service representative. This will create a record of the issue which will be escalated to management. If a resolution has not been reached within 48 hours, then you may contact management directly via email at info@wisebusinessplansmarketing.com. Our goal is to discuss the matter in good faith, recognizing our mutual interests, and attempt to reach a just and equitable solution, satisfactory to both parties. We believe that as long as we are being reasonable, we will reach an agreement. Unfortunately, in a few cases we may not reach such solution; then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled only by the arbitration process administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. The parties acknowledge that this agreement evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce. The United States Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and proceedings pursuant to the arbitration clause in this agreement. Their decision is final, and Wise Business Plans Marketing will comply 100% with the final decision.
In no event shall an award in an arbitration initiated under this clause exceed the value of the product or service provided under this agreement. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrators and administrative fees of arbitration. The award of the arbitrators shall be accompanied by a reasoned opinion. Any arbitration’ decision will be final. In the event any other recourse is taken outside the arbitration process to damage the company’s (Wise Business Plans Marketing) reputation, this will be considered a malicious attempt of defamation of character in which our company reserves the right to file a civil suit in a Nevada court for damages, legal fees, and court costs. This includes any type of slander, such as verbal, BBB complaints, internet postings etc.
